	The Phoenix Order was created in response to the banditry and evil found in Chernarus since Day Zero. The members of the group believed society needed to “rise from the ashes” and create a new world from the chaos. Its first leaders/members were Myzzreal, Replicant, and Surfarcher who created a structure of Pioneers and Rangers within the faction. The Pioneer members were ones who were generally non-combative and did constructive, helpful activities to promote the group and its ideals. Rangers were part law enforcement and part soldier, protecting civilians in areas under Phoenix Order protection while also partaking in “bandit hunting” in other parts of the map.
