	During this capture and interrogation which took place in the woods nearby, Tom did his best to try and keep Nixon alive whilst Cookie continued to question as to why Nixon chose to spare their life after he and Jake held up Cookie back in Staroye. Blake and CJ spoke and both agreed they would not kill each other, though they still mutually hate each other. It was originally Cookie who would decide Nixon’s fate, in the end though, it would come down to a vote. 			Sean's pre-apocalypse life involved climbing the ranks within the United Nations. Sean eventually made the rank of Commander, becoming an experienced negotiator and thus a valuable asset within the '''UN'''. Sean had been ordered by the Security General of the United Nations to journey into Chernarus. Sean was ushered into Chernarus by helicopter to what was then known as the last known survivors camp, located in the North-West Airfield south of '''Novaya Petrovka'''.

			Sean had always admired the bravery of '''Black Paw'''. However, as the war with '''Black Paw''' raged on, Sean slowly realized that the UN would be no match for '''Black Paw'''. Unknown to the UN, Sean slowly began passing information along to Black Paw, in an attempt to remain protected from injury from the conflict between their two Factions.

			Sean was a part of a patrol south of the town Staroye with The United Nations in an attempt to meet up with the [[Dusty Cowboys]], allies with the '''UN'''. They arrived to find the remnants of a bloodbath, all the '''Dusty Cowboys''' had been massacred, to this day they do not know by what. A few '''UN''' Peacekeepers opened fire towards what at the time they had thought may have been these attackers. Upon further inspection, it was [[Shadow]], Shadow was then bandaged up by an officer and provided further tending. '''Shadow''' had been tied up prior to the UN arriving, leaving many questions. [[Tommy Valentine]] of the '''Fire Keepers''' arrived at the scene having heard the shooting, Sean ordered his men to stand guard outside while he attempted to get '''Shadow''' out to safety. Sean’s Commander, [[Noodle]], radioed Sean to execute '''Shadow''' before he could have a chance to think. Sean had seen no other way to save '''Shadow''' but, as if fate had blessed Sean this day, '''The Guardians''' attacked! Sean seized the opportunity to radio '''Noodle''' that he was knocked unconscious and by the time he awoke, Shadow and Tommy were both gone.

			Not long after the event in Staroye, the UN’s war efforts slowly faltered, Sean continued gaining more trust with '''Black Paw''', and eventually the UN made the decision to pull all forces out of Chernarus. This marked the ending of the great war between The United Nations and Black Paw, of which was one of the greatest and arduous wars that had ever scarred the lands of Chernarus. Sean remained within Chernarus after the UN’s Security Council was long gone and presumably dead. With what remaining old UN members were still in the lands, Sean attempted to rebuild the UN with the Remnants. Unfortunately various members slowly faltered in their ideals and wandered off on their own. Finally, Commander Hula went missing, thus leaving just Sean, and marking the end of The United Nations; But the beginning of Nixon.

			Commander Sean continued his path in the desolate wastelands of Chernarus under a new guise, Nixon, likely due to past affiliations his old name could bring. Nixon, was a much colder and cynical person than perhaps Sean; Likely due to the traumatic experiences he had faced during his time with the UN. The many scars that burdened Sean’s Psyche from this apocalyptic hell were less hidden, if not more profound in Nixon’s demeanor and personality. He was psychopath in all senses of the word, with no remorse or regard to other people when capturing, executing or torturing people, he had truly changed.

			Nixon decided to join the '''Wanderers''' after an encounter with [[George Luz]] who offered Nixon with hospitality and it was '''George Luz''' who first suggested the name of ''Nixon'' for '''Commander Sean'''. Whilst with the '''Wanderers''', Nixon spent a lot of his time wandering with his new comrades; Particularly with [[Jake]] who was a fellow '''Wanderer'''. Nixon and Jake grew to be very close, they used to make it their goal to bully the '''Black Cross''' in Severograd, even making some sort of demented game out of it. They wouldn’t necessarily kill them all the time, but would instead shoot at them, then would sit back and watch them all run around and hide. They always got a good laugh out of it and would do similar things like this terrorizing often, all across Chernarus.

			Nixon made it his goal to capture and kill [[Blake Thirty]] of the Forsaken Loyalists for helping hide [[Zirka]], a former member of the Wanderers. During the search for Blake, Zirka was killed by George Luz, the leader of the Wanderers. This is when he was informed Zirka planned to kill a member of '''Dark as Midnight''', [[CJ]], With [[Blake]]. Nixon had determined that he must warn '''CJ''' of this ploy against her life, after informing CJ, discussions took place, it was agreed to plan to kill '''Blake'''.
