The Pavlovo Trade Union had a few appearance requirements of its members. Members could not wear anything with the colors red, orange, or pink in it. They were also required to not wear anything covering their faces, including helmets, bandanas, balaclavas, surgical masks, etc. The only exception was if members needed glasses, they could wear those. They were also required to wear blue armbands with gold stars, which was important to identifying their members. Some members liked to include blue in their appearance, but this was up to the individual member.
