Year Founded: 2019

Status: Disbanded

The Pavlovo Trade Union, or PTU for short, was one of the oldest official factions, being a trade group that served in helping the people of Chernarus with trading and delivering messages. They prided themselves in providing honest and fair trading and setting up meetings, being a neutral security presence. They even offered social services, like offering medical service, because they believed that every survivor should carve their own paths to help rebuild society.

Alignment

The Pavlovo Trade Union, was of the Neutral Good alignment archetype. They were very upfront about not getting entangled in the politics amongst groups, but instead would deliver messages, gather gear, tan leather, and dye armbands as a service to the people of Chernarus. They strictly wanted to offer completely neutral services to ALL in Chernarus, and would not get involved with business that involved backstabbings, ambushes, etc., which could be seen as taking sides. They ultimately were looking out for the good in society, and they believed by staying neutral, people could focus on their own paths.

Appearance

The Pavlovo Trade Union had a few appearance requirements of its members. Members could not wear anything with the colors red, orange, or pink in it. They were also required to not wear anything covering their faces, including helmets, bandanas, balaclavas, surgical masks, etc. The only exception was if members needed glasses, they could wear those. They were also required to wear blue armbands with gold stars, which was important to identifying their members. Some members liked to include blue in their appearance, but this was up to the individual member. They also did not permit wearing any UN gear, including headgear, in order to distinguish the difference in members.

Origins

Territory

  • Pavlovo

The PTU claimed a small territory for themselves around the area, but their camp was in the town of Pavlovo. If trading or services were needed, survivors and groups knew to head to Pavlovo to meet with them.
