Dr. Gregor, nicknamed the Grand Manipulator, was a dark and twisted scientist who worked with the Cult of Papa to spread misinformation and carry out Papa’s wishes, which included the experimentation and torture of many of the Cult’s members.

Actions

Little is known about Dr. Gregor or what he did before his experimentation. Whether he had formal medical training or self-taught, Dr. Gregor would eventually use his skills to sow evil into the heart of South Zagoria. To do this, he claims to have created a “Tea Virus” that causes those infected to become delusional and violent, among other serious terrible side effects. Dr. Gregor released various gruesome Lab Reports of those he experimented on, including other such famous Underground figures like Maddie Adder, Akim the Revelator, and Sacha Ivgeny.

It is assumed Dr. Gregor was responsible for facilitating the military leader Malphas and his Cult Army coming to Chernarus, although this is unconfirmed. Dr. Gregor landed unexpectedly in South Zagoria, and having caught word of his arrival many good groups across the land came together to find the man (which became known as the The Hunt for Dr. Gregor).
