Katarina Hanna Freeman, though most in Chernarus knew her as "Kate", came to the lands following an old friend of hers. She realized the family her friend kept was not for her, so she went and helped start another family, which would be the Wanderers. A few short months later, Kate would abandon them and ultimately betray them. She then hid out with The Scribes and in doing so, became close with some Dark as Midnight members (namely Doink Doink and Vriska.)
